libsmi error hyphen-in-label

Error text: named number `__' must not include a hyphen in SMIv2

Reference: RFC 2578 section 7.1.1 and 7.1.4

            Note that hyphens  
   are not allowed by this specification (except for use by information
   modules converted from SMIv1 which did allow hyphens).
