libsmi error hyphen-in-object

Error text: Object Identifier name `__' may only include hyphens in SMIv1 converted SMIv2 MIBs

Reference: RFC 2578 section 3.1

       Note that hyphens are not allowed by this
   specification (except for use by information modules converted from
   SMIv1 which did allow hyphens).
