   "A row with an ipIfStatsIfIndex value of zero indicates a
    system-wide value; a row with a non-zero ipIfStatsIfIndex"

    Using 0 in an index is not recommended. Please see 
    section 3.1.7 of draft-ietf-snmpconf-bcp-04.txt.
