33. inetIcmpMsgTable - same indexing problems as #30
    inetIcmpMsgEntry, if you remove the summary indexing
    the table's values make implementation more likely
    to be correct. I don't see what the summary really
    buys anyway when getting such detailed information.
    I think this table should be optional on a per
    interface basis too.
