Sir/Madam,
We want to seek your participation in some contract projects now issued f=
or  implementation in Liberia and Sierra Leone.

I am an engineer in the Pipeline and Products Marketing Corporation (PPMC=
) attached  basically to field operations in Liberia and Sierra Leone in =
West Africa sub-region. I am  representing a two member project implement=
ation and evaluation officials in this sub  region.

We are involved in the transportation of petroleum products from drill si=
tes to storage  depots, from depot to depot and from one country to anoth=
er within the neighboring  states in West Africa.
We are in the process of reconstructing and reinstalling all the petroleu=
m refining and  pipeline facilities that where destroyed during the Liber=
ian civil war. You should be  aware of the Liberian civil war that lasted=
 12 years and has just ended.

We need a foreign individual or corporate body to be presented as one of =
the  contracting firms or individual that has participated in handling so=
me of the project  work. Projects range from Supply of equipment, install=
ation and construction works.

The category in which we seek your collaboration is a Ten Million Eight H=
undred  Thousand United States Dollars (US$10.8Million) contract for the =
Supply of some  Petro-chemical Additives.
We shall present you as one of the the suppliers and back you up with the=
 necessary  documentation to make claims and have the contract sum paid t=
o your designated  account.
You would be entitled to 20% of this sum when successfully accomplished.

I will oblige to giving to you detailed information on receipt of your ac=
knowledgement to  this request, and also give to us your willingness and =
readiness to work with us for the  success of this aspiration.

Thus your expression of interest is imperative to giving more details in =
this regard.

ompanies.
