Jeremey, which message are you responding to? Your comments
seem to be directed at Colin but you included a different
message.
Part of the side discussion in Oslo was how to deal with
the security and spoofing aspects of a unicast-based RTCP.
Not easy, but quite possibly doable.
As for "features" where one packet can generate many responses,
at least at the application layer, that's actually a goal. :-)
Hmmm, at the network layer?!? Well, maybe.
