Police Work In The Twentieth Century
Police Work In The 21st Century
One Day 41 Shots Will Seem Like The Good Old Days
In this essay we examine the evolution of the criminal mentality, vigilantism, and a new set of tools the lawless have embraced to successfully further their many enterprises. We also address the puzzled responses of individual police officers trying to cope with a circumstance their training never addressed. One story out of a trio is about a vertical patrol in a drug dealer infested building in Fort Greene Brooklyn’s Legendary 88th ‘The Psychoanalytic Precinct.’ Here the ‘bad’ guys have co-opted building trade tools, and other misapplied electronic devices to inhibit the efforts of the police officers to investigate crime, while not directly confronting the police. Their goal here was not conflict but to greatly diminish the quality of the officer’s investigative effort. (That story though eleven years old is even timelier today) Hello 21st Century as the average crook abandons ‘Guns Knives and Baseball Bats.’

The Strange Case Of Mrs D Chapter 1 - On The Atlantic
How the smarter landlords get rid of tenants who have lifetime procession of rent controlled and or rent stabilized apartments in New York City. This is not a story about peanut butter in locks or leaky plumbing. This is a story of a guy who has taken that grand step up the human evolutionary ladder and shed his conscience. The harassment methods employed against this octogenarian woman – Mrs D, was similar to the ones the police officers in the above story faced. All of 600% increase in rent. But you know with little or no chance of being caught, the question isn’t ‘Why?’ but rather one of Why not? This is a very sadistic and messy ‘New York Story. http://www.racism.com/brooklyn/Mrs_D/
Helpin Uncle Udo Make It To The Other Side
Hate Crime Against The Depressed Elderly Also Called Euthanasia
This is the story of a prosperous upper middle class American of African ancestry among other things, and his tortured death. This is also a tale about the new ‘hurry up and die’ style transfer of wealth in our great nation. A senior citizen is silently harassed and hounded to his death. At the end he was so miserable living he begged to die. Yet another tale of law enforcement ill equipped to cope with crime in the 21st century. Chapter 1 - Homecoming http://www.racism.com/udo/
Hate Crime Against The Mentally Ill – Dance Monkey Chapter 1- This Isn’t About Bob
A true tale starring some of the political superstars of New York’s borough of Brooklyn, city councilmen turned judge, popular TV shrinks, prominent ministers, you name it. Also a story about a young man given the real hard sell on his perceived state of mind. Here we also introduce the new ‘cattle prods’ used on the mentally ill, much like the old ones were used on civil rights workers seeking lunch in a diner. What if this were your son, or baby sister? http://www.racism.com/brooklyn/Dance_Monkey/
