[ssm] SSM sources for NANOG 27 available

It's been a while since I've seen any traffic for SSM, so
here's a stick to stir the pot.

NANOG 27 in Phoenix, AZ is running today and tomorrow. There
are SSM and ASM sources being provided by the U of Oregon
crew.
