ASCII art of "Case Diagram for the IP Group"?
Furthermore, I think it would be extremely useful
to add in the draft (but probably not in the MIB definition)
an ascii art version of the case diagram found in Figure 4.12
of the Simple Book.  (There's an error in that figure though,
which is that the ipOutNoRoutes must come below the
ipForwDatagrams line, since the DESCRIPTION of ipOutNoRoutes 
explicitly says it also counts packets coming from 
ipForwDatagrams.)  I'm not sure if there'd be a copyright
problem with including a version of that diagram, though.

I agree that a Case diagram would be very helpful. I think there are
several sources where you can find them - we do not have to take the
book version as a starting point. And I personally doubt that Marshall
or the publisher really cares about this.
