My current professional activities include:

• I serve on the steering committee for the Internet Measurement Conference (IMC).
• Program committees: SIGCOMM 2019, WWW 2019, PAM 2019, IMC 2018
• I serve on the ANRP nomination committee.

Past professional activities:

• I have served on the editorial board of IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking and the International Journal of Satellite Communications and Networking. In addition, I have served as guest editor for various journal issues.
• I served on the Passive and Active Measurement Conference (PAM) steering committee from 2005--2008.
• I served as PC chair for IMC 2010 and PAM 2006, as well as a number of smaller workshops.
• I have served on a range of program committees for many events, including ACM SIGCOMM, ACM's Internet Measurement Conference, ACM SIGMETRICS, ACM HotNets and the Passive and Active Measurement Conference..
• I have served numerous roles within the IETF and the IRTF, including chairing working groups, research groups and BOFs, as well as serving on numerous directorates.
• I have served on numerous advisory and organizational roles in various contexts over the years---e.g., advisory panels for Ohio Unviersity's EECS department and NASA GRC's space communication program.
